After receiving her B.A. and M.A. Degrees in Corporate Communication Management from Thammasat University in Bangkok, Ms. Lilawandi Thongton, Smith Natural’s Customer Service Manager, started her career with an OEM cosmetic manufacturing company, working in all aspects of product procurement, skin care formulation, and customer support.

In 2005, Khun Lilawadi joined Smith Naturals, where she now assists customers with full product support from development to marketing, including:
- formulation
- skin testing
- product efficacy testing
- product stability testing
- packaging compatibility testing
- Certificates of Analysis
- formulation details
- review of customer packaging designs
- preparation of documents for Thai FDA registration
Khun Lilawadi says that her biggest challenge as Customer Service Manager is “to keep the customer on track.” She does that by interfacing between what the customer wants and what the manufacturer can actually do, then arranging a compromise which is mutually satisfying and rewarding.
As for her personal use of Smith Naturals’ products, like almost everyone in the office, she is addicted to the Foot Cream, and has successfully used the Hair Tonic (“It eliminated my white hairs”) and the Breast Serum (“I could feel the difference, a tightening up, within one to two weeks”)
